Heartwise Healing

Psychotherapy with Caroline Lee, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
"It’s who we become that changes the world, not what we do.
We uplift and heal people by our presence and the light we shine.
We are able to see their divine light and perfection when we embody our own light.
We don’t do this for recognition, we do this anonymously.
We live the work and become the work.
We change and then the world changes."
~Sandra Ingerman

Hello and Welcome

People often come to therapy during moments of transition, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm. You may be noticing challenging relational patterns or attachment dynamics that feel hard to shift, impacting how you relate to others. Often these behaviors are rooted in early on family experiences and can lead to feeling disconnected from yourself and/or others. Whether you are longing for deeper connection, navigating anxiety or self-criticism, or trying to make sense of past experiences, you do not have to do this work alone.

The fast pace of today's life often leaves little room to slow down and notice what is happening beneath the surface. Over time, unaddressed stress, relational wounds, and survival patterns can make it difficult to feel grounded in your body or safe in relationships. It is not uncommon to then move through the world feeling guarded, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to meet your own needs while staying connected to others.

Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and gently explore what has shaped you. In our work together, we focus on developing greater awareness of your inner world, including how your body responds to stress, emotions, and connection. Through a relational, body-aware, and insight-oriented process, we work together to understand the roots of your struggles and create space in your nervous system for more choice, clarity, and self-trust.

Even if things feel confusing or heavy right now, change is possible. With time, curiosity, and gentle support, many people find that after therapy, they feel more at home in themselves, more connected in their relationships, and more open to experiencing ease, joy, and meaning in their lives. I invite you to explore my website to learn more about my approach and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Clients I Enjoy Working With

I work with individuals who are interested in understanding themselves more deeply, especially during times of transition or when old ways of being no longer feel sustainable. Many are navigating relationship challenges while carrying the impact of earlier experiences that continue to shape how they relate to themselves and others.

The clients who find me are often reflective and curious, wanting to make sense of their patterns and move toward more connection, clarity, and ease. Some feel stuck in familiar dynamics, are disconnected from their own needs, while also navigating anxiety, low mood, or relational wounds.
